The very first event that RetailDetail organises at its new headquarters in Antwerp's Stadsfeestzaal shopping centre, has turned out to be an instant hit: all available tickets have been sold out.
With keynotes about Amazon, new insights about the Belgian e-shopper, hands-on demos about data analysis and cases of successful local omni-channel retailers, it is no surprise that many people were interested in the program of the seventh RetailDetail Omnichannel & E-Commerce Congress. On the eve of the event, all available seats were filled: we are starting the year with a sold-out congress.
On Thursday, the 200 attendees will be able to exclusively discover the new offices and event spaces where RetailDetail has moved into. They are located at a prime location in the heart of Antwerp's shopping district: in the beautifully renovated Stadsfeestzaal on the Meir. Here, we will soon open a brand new version of our B2B experience centre 'retail hub'. The opening of Foster, a future-oriented store concept that will immediately become the first living retail laboratory in Europe, is planned for later this year.
